Saturday March 28th is the official day of Earth Hour 2009! For all of you that don’t know about Earth Hour, it is a chance for everyone to do their part to help the environment. All you have to do is turn off your lights from 8:30pm-9:30pm. So break out the candles and Ouija Board for a good old fashioned seance and help the Earth!

Try this sultry eyeliner for a different spin on the cateye look.
Step 1: Use a flat brush to apply black shadow along and slightly below the lower lash line. Extend it up and out.
Hint: Wet your brush when before applying the shadow for a darker black.
Step 2: Trace just the inside the bottom lash line with a black pencil. Finish with a few coats of mascara.

Try this dramatic Audrey Hepburn-ish style for a major event or a night on the town! First, tease hair all over. Now take a section, pull it to the back of your head, roll under or fasten into a ponytail so it poufs up and pin. Do your whole head, smooth with a brush, add hairspray and slip on a thin headband. Fasten it into a loose bun for a more daytime look. This look was created by Ashley.
