Founded in 2005 by industry professional, Meleesa Luna, Meleesa the Salon was established as a rejuvenative setting where Sustainable beauty and compassion go hand in hand. The studio space is used not only for treatments and sessions, but as a facility where top-of-the-line professionals host educational workshops for community empowerment in self- care.

Meleesa the Salon proudly supports sustainable beauty with the following practices:
Our hair clippings are used for oil spill cleanups.
We collect and recycle or repurpose all of our hair foils, color tubes, paper, plastic, glass and spa waste.
Hair dyes are diverted from running down the drain.
We use clean, vegan, cruelty free products.
We maintain a joyful and peaceful atmosphere, knowing that contributing to a healthy planet involves taking good care of ourselves.
